Fighting

• Russian shelling resulted in the deaths of three civilians in Ukraine's southern Kherson region, with two bodies found in the wreckage of a house near Beryslav. Additionally, one person was killed in a village south of Kherson due to an artillery strike according to Oleksander Prokudin, the region's governor.
• Ukraine claimed that all 13 drones launched by Russia were destroyed by its air defense systems. The Ukrainian air force stated that Russia also launched two Iskander ballistic missiles without specifying their outcomes.
• As per the Russian Ministry of Defence, Iskander ballistic missiles reportedly destroyed two Patriot surface-to-air missile system launchers in Ukraine's Odesa region.
• The Russian Defence Ministry reported intercepting seven drones over the Belgorod region amid ongoing Ukrainian attacks.

• In Kursk, seven drones were reportedly downed by Ukrainian forces, with about 10 villages targeted by Ukrainian shelling throughout the day.
• The Ukrainian General Staff indicated that clashes between Ukrainian and Russian forces occurred around Pokrovsk 45 times the previous day. Subsequently, the Russian Defence Ministry announced the capture of a village east of the city.
• Russian strikes led to power outages for around 100,000 households in northern Ukraine, and the water supply to a regional capital was cut off. Civilian casualties increased significantly in eastern Ukraine following the strikes that damaged energy infrastructure in the Sumy region bordering Russia.
